Articulate Data Is Safe from the MOVEit Transfer Vulnerability

In May 2023, the security community discovered a vulnerability (CVE-2023-34362, CVE-2023-35036, CVE-2023-35708) in MOVEit Transfer, a Managed File Transfer application. The vulnerability allows unauthenticated attackers to gain access to MOVEit Transfer's database. An attacker could manipulate or remove elements of a database using SQL statements.
The good news is your Articulate data is secure.
Articulate 360 and Rise.com aren't susceptible to the MOVEit Transfer exploit, and none of our customers' PII (Personal Identifiable Information) is compromised.
We followed our vulnerability monitoring policy, investigated the MOVEit Transfer issue, and confirmed that we do not use MOVEit Transfer in our apps and services, so we’re not impacted by this vulnerability.
