Replay 360: How to Fix Unexpected or Erratic Behavior

If Replay 360 is malfunctioning, first make sure your project files are located on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior due to latency.
If it's still performing erratically, follow the steps below for your version of Microsoft Windows:
Windows 11
You'll need administrative privileges and an active internet connection to install software properly. You may need to ask your IT staff for help with these steps.
- Temporarily turn off User Account Control (UAC) and reboot your computer.
- Right-click the Start button, then select Apps and Features.
- Scroll to Articulate Replay 360 from your list of apps, click the three vertical dots beside it, and select Uninstall.
- Reboot your computer.
- Open your Articulate 360 desktop app by clicking the icon in your computer's system tray (by the clock) or double-clicking the shortcut on your desktop.
- Click the Install button next to Replay 360. A fresh copy of Replay will automatically install.
If you're still experiencing unexpected behavior after performing the steps above, make sure Microsoft .NET Framework is enabled. Here's how:
- Type Turn Windows features on or off in the search field on your taskbar. (If the search field isn't visible, right-click the Start button and choose Search.)
- Click Turn Windows features on or off in the search results.
- Mark the box for .NET Framework 4.8 Advanced Services if it's not already selected and click OK.
