We made it super easy to upgrade a Presenter ‘09 or Presenter ‘13 course to Presenter 360. Just open the presentation in PowerPoint, then go to the Articulate tab on the PowerPoint ribbon and click any button—for example, Slide Properties. Click Upgrade when prompted to upgrade the project.

Open your course in PowerPoint, click any button on the Articulate tab, then click Upgrade.

Your course will be upgraded automatically, and a backup copy of the original project files will be created in case you need to go back to them later. (Presenter 360 projects can't be edited or published with previous versions of Presenter.)

A backup copy of your original project files will be created.

Embedded quizzes and interactions will automatically be upgraded at the same time. However, if Presenter can’t find a quiz or interaction file, you’ll be prompted to locate or remove it.

Presenter 360 will let you know if it can't find a quiz or interaction during the upgrade process.

For the most part, your upgraded course will look and behave as it did previously. However, there will be some differences due to software improvements. This table defines the changes you may see:
