A Firewall is Blocking Access
We get it, security is key for any organization. That’s why we’ve made this handy list of ports and sites for your network administrator to unblock or add to your allowlist so you can keep enjoying the full Reach 360 experience.
Your Login Credentials are Incorrect
Admins and authors, your Reach 360 login is the same as your Articulate 360 login. This is the same email address and password you use for the E-Learning Heroes community. If you don't remember your password, you can reset it here. Once logged in, you can access Reach 360 from your Articulate 360 dashboard. If that's not working, try signing out and signing back in. Still stuck? Contact us and we'll help you out.
Learners, if you’ve forgotten your login credentials, just click the Forgot Password link under the Sign In button on the Reach 360 login page. If you have multiple email addresses, make sure you’re using the one verified in your Reach 360 profile to log in.
Was your account created via Google Authentication? Make sure you’re using the email address that matches your Google ID.
Note: If you enter the wrong password 20 times in a row, we temporarily lock your account. This is a security precaution in case someone attempts to guess your password. A locked account automatically unlocks after an hour so you can sign back in. You may reset your password to log in immediately.
