We introduced the Classic dashboard alongside the new Rise 360 dashboard to give users a familiar interface and to bridge the gap while we worked on bringing more of that classic feel to our Team Folders-enabled dashboard.
Since launching the new dashboard eight months ago, we've incorporated features like drag-and-drop content management, All Content and Shared With Me views, and advanced course filtering. More than 90% of our users enjoy the new dashboard, and we're confident that it offers everything the Classic dashboard had—plus the unmatched collaboration opportunities of Team Folders and new tricks like bulk item management.
We know change is tough, especially when it impacts your workflow routine. But we encourage you to dive into the current Rise 360 dashboard before we retire the Classic dashboard. We think you'll find that it provides the best possible experience for managing your training content and collaborating with your peers.
For detailed information and instructions on the new Rise 360 dashboard (including how to use the new drag-and-drop feature), check out the user guide. If you have questions, drop us a line in the discussion forums. We’re happy to help!
