UPDATE: This issue was fixed for xAPI output on July 12, 2022 and for cmi5 output on August 22, 2022. Export your course again to get the latest enhancements.
We're aware of an issue where Rise 360 courses exported as cmi5 output aren't reporting completion or success data to LMSs. This happens when the learner closes the course immediately without giving the LMS time to record the successful course completion.
We understand that this is extremely disruptive and are actively working to resolve this issue. As soon as we have more information or a resolution, we'll let you know.
In the meantime, we recommend instructing learners to wait a few seconds before exiting the course or modifying your export parameters with either of the following workarounds:
- For courses dependent on completion percentage, set the value to something other than 100% (such as 95%) to give the course sufficient time to send the completion data.
- For courses where completion depends on tracked quiz results, add an additional lesson after the quiz so that the learner doesn't close the course immediately after passing the quiz.
If the options above won't work for your course, please contact support so that we can assist you further.
