Storyline 3: Offline Viewing Isn't Available for xAPI Content

You can let learners download Storyline 3 courses for offline viewing in the Articulate Mobile Player app. However, offline viewing won't work for xAPI (Tin Can API) content. The Articulate Mobile Player app requires an internet connection to track xAPI content in a learning management system (LMS).
