Storyline 360: End of Classic Trigger Workflow

We retired the classic trigger workflow in the January 2021 update for Storyline 360. The classic workflow served us admirably for nine years, but now there's a better way to work with triggers.

Here's the timeline for sunsetting the classic trigger workflow:

1. In October 2019, we introduced the new trigger workflow, and it has been enormously popular ever since. With numerous productivity enhancements and exclusive features, it's no wonder people love the new workflow. Authors were able to switch back and forth between the new and classic workflows.
2. In October 2020, we made the new trigger workflow the default setting and announced our intention to retire the classic workflow. Authors could still switch between the two workflows.
3. In January 2021, we ended the classic trigger workflow, and the new trigger workflow became the only trigger workflow.
