End of Support for Internet Explorer 11

Following Microsoft's lead, we ended support for Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) in 2022, including IE mode in Microsoft Edge. This change applies to all Articulate products and services. And since the publish-to-CD option in Storyline and Studio relies on IE11, we removed this publishing feature from our apps. Find all the details below.
Why We're Making This Change
Microsoft stopped supporting IE11 in its Microsoft 365 apps as of August 17, 2021, and stopped supporting IE11 on Windows 10 on June 15, 2022.

Here's how this change affected your Articulate products and services.
January 2022
Beginning January 1, 2022, you can't use IE11 to view:
February 2022
After installing the February 2022 update for Storyline 360, you can't view courses with 360° images in IE11. The latest enhancements for 360° images use technologies that aren't supported in IE11.
July 2022
Beginning July 1, 2022, you can't view courses published from the latest versions of Storyline 360, Studio 360, or Rise 360 in IE11. We removed the publish-to-CD option from Storyline 360 and Studio 360.
November 2022
Beginning November 1, 2022, you can't view courses published from the latest versions of Storyline 3 in IE11, and we removed the publish-to-CD option.

To access Articulate apps and courses, install the latest version of a supported browser—Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox.
