There are a few reasons why the print results feature might not work in Studio 360 courses. Here's how to fix them:

Publish your course to test the print results feature.

A pop-up blocker is preventing your results from displaying.

If your pop-up blocker gives you the option to display the blocked content, allow it to display.

To always allow your results to display, add an exception to your pop-up blocker for the domain where your courses are hosted—for example, yourserver.com.

You're viewing the published output on your local computer.

Local security restrictions from your computer, browser, or network can prevent some features from working. Upload your published course to a web server or LMS for proper testing.
