There are a few reasons why the print results feature might not work in Studio 360 courses. Here's how to fix them:

Reason	Solution
Printing results isn't supported during preview.	Publish your course to test the print results feature.
A pop-up blocker is preventing your results from displaying.	If your pop-up blocker gives you the option to display the blocked content, allow it to display. To always allow your results to display, add an exception to your pop-up blocker for the domain where your courses are hosted—for example, `yourserver.com`.
You're viewing the published output on your local computer.	Local security restrictions from your computer, browser, or network can prevent some features from working. Upload your published course to a web server or LMS for proper testing.
