Your Rise 360 Courses Are Private and Secure

We know privacy is important to our customers, and we want you to feel safe, knowing your Rise 360 courses are private and secure.

We don’t look at content you create unless you specifically ask us for help with a course. Your Rise 360 courses are stored with bank-grade encryption. They're also encrypted in transit between your computer and our servers.

And we never collect data from learners or use cookies on their machines when they view your Rise 360 courses. 

We do, however, monitor general usage data when you’re authoring Rise 360 courses, including how often features get used and errors that occur, so we can continually improve Rise 360.
