Articulate disclaims any ownership over the content you create with Articulate products. 

Paid Subscription

When you use a paid subscription to Articulate 360, you own the rights to the content you create. You may post it to a website or LMS, distribute it to any audience, and charge learners a fee to access it. For more information, see Section 3 in our Terms of Service.

Free Trial

When you use a free trial of Articulate 360, the software is fully functional but shouldn't be used for live production work.

AI-generated Content

Due to the nature of generative AI, Articulate does not guarantee that AI-generated content will never violate any intellectual property rights. We recommend you review and comply with applicable intellectual property laws for your use cases. For more information, see section 2.18 in our Terms of Service.
