How to Upgrade
Upgrade your Articulate 360 plan to Articulate 360 AI right from your account management console. Navigate to Manage Subscription and click Upgrade to Articulate 360 AI.
If you’re on an Articulate 360 Teams plan, you can also navigate to the Manage Team or Billing tabs on the left, then click Buy More Seats. Or use the Add More Seats button in the Manage Subscription tab.
You’ll see an option to add AI as shown below.
FAQs
Who’s allowed to upgrade the subscription to Articulate 360 AI?
Only the account owner—the person who purchased the subscription—can upgrade. If you’re subscribed through a global reseller, reach out to them for assistance.
Why won’t the account management console let me upgrade?
First, make sure you’re the account owner. The account owner is the only person authorized to make purchases. They can also request Articulate AI to be disabled.
Second, if you're the Account Owner and having difficulty, there are some scenarios where we’ll need to assist you when upgrading your account. Contact us at biz@articulate.com or (800) 861-4880 ext 4, and we’ll upgrade you to Articulate 360 AI right away.
Can I upgrade to Articulate 360 AI with a purchase order?
Yes, you can submit your Purchase Order here. Our Order Management Team will review and process it.
The account management console only accepts credit card payments.
If I enter a new credit card when purchasing, will the same card also be charged for subscription renewals?
We’ll always charge the credit card designated as the default on file for subscription renewals. To verify or change the credit card on file, sign in to your account management console and click Billing on the left side of the screen.
Will I be charged the full annual subscription rate for Articulate AI?
Your cost is prorated for the remainder of your current term. After that, you'll be charged the full rate for each annual renewal.
